I'm a new small business owner and just want to say how much I appreciate Portland Payroll! I have no experience with payroll at all and with everything else I'm learning about running a business, I was worried. But then I met Scott! He came to my office and explained everything thoroughly, didn't make me feel silly for not knowing payroll things, and made everything easy.
